The owners were absolutely amazing! They were super friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. The room and bed were top-notch, and the hot showers were a delight. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from downtown. I loved that they had coffee and tea available all day. The breakfast spread was delicious, with homemade goodies that left me wanting more. The brothers who run the place were so kind and generous, making me feel right at home. They gave great recommendations for activities in the area and even called companies to check availability. The hotel was conveniently located near the main shopping area and port, making it easy to explore. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family hotel. The staff was wonderful. The room was really clean and cozy. Breakfast was great. Location was great, walking distance from the city center, all the good shops and restaurants. There's a free transfer service from and to the airport really good and convenient.

Stayed at a mind-blowing boutique hotel run by three super friendly brothers. They went above and beyond, providing free airport transfers, pick-ups to the boat pier for Antarctica, and spacious lounge area to relax. The included breakfast was jaw-droppingly delicious. Price is surprisingly cheap. Communication was superb when our flights were delayed. Convenient walk to downtown. Immaculately clean, with easy parking. Rooms had stunning views from the lovely balcony. Elevator made moving around with luggage a breeze. Excellent service, comfy beds for all, and a variety of breakfast options including tasty cake.

Our room was spacious and huge with the bathroom and safe, for instance. Appreciated a healthy and very tasty breakfast with homemade treats which were always yummy. The hotel had very attentive staff members. Location: the venue was just off the supermarket and main shopping street, restaurants and shops and the waterfront and the airport...

Very good hotel, with an excellent relationship quality/price. Big rooms and 5 minutes walking distance to the city center. The staff is always there to help you, they do all you need. I strongly recommend this hotel.

As a woman traveling alone, I really appreciated the attentive and helpful staff at this cozy mountain chalet-style Hosteria. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the main street and the port, with stunning views of Ushuaia. the spacious room with a balcony was a lovely touch, and the homemade breakfast featuring delicious cakes and bread was satisfying.

Probably everything is good, even hairdryer supplied in room. Breakfast & bathroom are the strongest sides of this hotel: breakfast is excellent and bathrooms is clean and well maintaned.

The hotel provides the guests with free transportation to and from the airport. The hotel is managed by a family with a friendly attitude to guests. The breakfast is good though not very rich. The hotel location is convenient to walk to the harbor or to the departure points of the excursions (the museums are close too).

The location of Valle Frio Ushuaia is comfortable, being near the mountains and city center, making it convenient to explore the wonderful Ushuaia. Valle Frio Ushuaia is situated in the hills above town, providing a picturesque and tranquil setting for a pleasant stay.

Service was great, free pickup at the airport,free transfer to the bus station at 0600 am. Very good breakfast,friendly staff (even suggested to prepare some bkfst at 0530 am !), The hotel is about 5 minutes from the center an a small uphill street but is that is not a problem at all.

The main entrance of the hotel could not be opened by the guests. You had to ring and wait (not long) for a staff member to open the door. The breakfast was adequate but minimal.
